This place is an absolute gem. Imaginative menu and delicious, friendly and relaxed. So far have had coffee and pastries, lunch and Sunday brunch. Will return soon for dinner. Spending the weekend in Innsbrook? Make the drive, you won't regret it.

Best pizza I ever had

We stopped here on a whim during a long road trip and definitely plan on stopping again any time we're in the area. The cast iron muffins are delicious, the coffee is great and the bagels with herbed cream cheese were excellent. The service was friendly and fast. Definitely recommend!

The Blue Anchor Coffee and Bistro has a at home atmosphere and makes every moment feel like I’m at home. The food is beyond amazing and the the staff is amazing. The coffee is super delicious and makes the world of a difference to me. Thank you so much Blue Crew and the Blue Anchor.

My mother and I decided to try the Blue Anchor for breakfast. The apple cinnamon muffin was absolutely amazing! The strawberry parfait was very good too. The coffee was EXCELLENT! I have been wanting a good place to go for coffee for awhile now. I am looking forward to trying there lattes and specialty drinks when they get them. I highly recommend coming here. Everyone was very friendly. The place is nicely decorated and has a nice outside patio area. I’m big on supporting local businesses within the community. I will be coming back!

Bavarian ham was great and side potatoes were out of this world. Good quality ingredients they use yields great quality food. I'll be back for sure.

The food is made with fresh ingredients and you can tell. Fresh salad dressings.. so flavorful. I had the meatloaf one night and prime rib another. Both were excellent and full plates. And the Sunday brunch... WOW...awesome bacon and sausage and biscuits- homemade of course not to mention the baked goods. We will be back!

First time at Blue Anchor. A friend and I decided to try it and so glad we did! The Asian Nachos are fantastic! I ordered the Pasta Carbonara, so yummy! BFF had the Blue Plate Special. She said the Roast Beef was very tender and delicious. The waiter was excellent. Very upbeat and fast. We will definitely have the Blue Anchor on our "Get Together" list as a favorite!

Perfect burger! The beer bun was amazing, the flavor was awesome. The service was great, very attentive. The FOH was constantly wiping down all surfaces, felt very comfortable dining in after the COVID crisis. Chef Lee is such a talent. You must visit, if you haven't.

Went in for the first time and they had Sunday brunch buffet. There was maybe 5 canisters on the buffet and the first 3 were empty. So my choices were, asparagus or bacon (a few pieces). The biscuits were good but the gravy not at all (it was orange?). They did have an omelette station if you enjoy grease soaked food. I do not usually give reviews but spending 45 dollars for a couple pieces of bacon is ridiculous. We won’t be back.

Sunday Breakfast Buffet was AMAZING!! There were enough options to add a sense of variety but subtle enough to not feel overwhelmed in the choices! Husband and I did our best to sample a bit of everything and we were left nothing short of jam packed flavor in every bite! Biscuits and Gravy are just like granny use to make! The french toast with some sort of heaven spread in the middle was so so good! Made the experience even better to have Chef himself manning the omelet station and greeting customers! Proud to have this place in our very own backyard and call it a new local favorite! If you leave there hungry thats your own darn fault! Great job everyone! Can't wait to be back this weekend!

Food was excellent, service was good. I ordered the "Big Tim". Totally worth it for big appetites such as mine. The establishment was SUPER clean. This place should be the standard by which all restaurants look and operate. Please support these local restauranteur's by bringing your friends and family here to eat. I am not writing this review lightly as I have eaten all over the area and the world. I have only had the breakfast here so far, and if the lunch and dinner are anything like the breakfast. I will not be disappointed. I am definitely looking forward to the lunch and dinner to try those out as well. I hope you enjoyed this review and happy eats!

The staff was very very friendly and the atmosphere was great. I’ll probably come back because of that. But not because of the food. The menu sounded very interesting but the follow through was poor. Everything was ok at best. Nothing outstanding as I was expecting from this menu. We are definitely foodies and plan outings around fun places to eat so tonight was a bit of a disappointment.

Good Sunday brunch. We ate outside and enjoyed it. Food was good and the salad was amazing. Really enjoyed the dressing. Would have liked to have had table service instead of Buffett though. Overall a good experience and would est at again.

Driving through in our RV and needed breakfast so we stopped for Sunday brunch. Good food, great service, and a lovely community feel. If I lived there I would definitely go back frequently, even to write during the day. You could tell Chef Lee and the staff cares about their food and business.

Clean facilities, reasonable prices, good food, courteous and attentive staff, I plan on returning to this restaurant in the near future.

Once again Chef Lee does not disappoint! The food is superb, on point and perfectly executed. The wait staff is friendly, polite and accommodating. The Blue Anchor should be everyone’s new go to spot for any occasion.

What a wonderful restaurant. Service was exceptional. Asian Nachos are a must try. Very clean. We will be back to try more menu items.

Snickerdoodle iron skillet cake thing was delicious. Handmade carmel machiato was very tasty.

What a wonderful find! Mid I-70 brunch between Columbia and Lake St. Louis family. Stuffed French toast, sausage, bacon, hash browns, omelet station, roasted pork tenderloin, green and pasta salad, b & g, assorted pastries. We will definitely meet there again!

My husband and I are the Sunday brunch and it was amazing!! My favorite was the strawberry cream French toast.

Went on Friday night for the pizza, it was fantastic, keep doing what you are doing, great food and service

I have been here during the week and now today for Sunday brunch. The food is always amazing along with the service and staff. It's so nice to have a great new restaurant in town. It's not too often you see the owners in the restaurant, but here that's not the case. I was shocked to find out the chef cooking our omelets was the owner and his wife was helping out also. My sister is vegan and the server went above and beyond to accommodate her needs, that doesnt happen to often. They even packed up a Togo plate for my father in law who wasnt able to join us today for the buffet. This is our new favorite place.

Was my first time at the Blue Anchor. Have been hearing about it on KFAV and decided to try the Sunday brunch. The buffet had variety without being so big that you could not make your choices. The staff was very polite and friendly

Good food. I would reccomend the spicy chicken sandwich or the salmon plate. Friendly staff goes well with a good experience.

Tried the breakfast buffet today. Everything I tried tasted good but mostly luke-warm. Bacon was tasty but limp with no crispness at all. Sausage patties were tasty but just warm. Biscuits were just out in a big container so they were cold. Gravy was hot and had a great flavor. The only other item that was hot was the eggs because they cooked them on the spot to your liking.The place was nice and clean. Our server was excellent!

Food is amazing it was a 25 minute drive to get there and it was more then worth it. I have had chef Lee's food before and that's why I had to go. I had the lunch fried chicken sandwich special today best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had and could feed a small army. I am going to take that trip again for brunch on Sunday. Highly recommend!!

Cozy yet open atmosphere with friendly staff...and the meal was spot on gor this picky chic! We will gladly make the drive to enjoy them more now that we've found them!!
